My Current Bookshelf

book shelf

I’m sure you can all tell by now that I’m a big fan of books.. I probably buy more than I actually read, but I’m trying to work my way through all the unread book I currently own. Here is what books are on my bedside table, that I am currently reading. It’s a little bit different to the usual ‘Recent Reads’ posts that I do AFTER I have read the book but I thought I would give you an insight into the kind of books I am reading right now.

book shelf 2

Get Rich Blogging, Zoe Griffin:

Perfect for somebody who is interested in starting a blog or who already has a blog that they’re looking to build up. It’s packed full of great tips for setting up a blog, getting it started and to implement along the way.

Doing It! Hannah Witton:

This book is targeted more at teenagers (I think) but I found it really insightful and learned a lot about the LGBTQQ+ community , which is actually so important to know in this day and age. Also, there’s lots about being a woman and Hannah has some great anecdotes about this. I saw the other day it’s on The Book Depository for under €7 so it’s well worth a quick read.

book shelf 3

Icecream for Breakfast, Laura Jane Williams:

This one I haven’t read at all yet but I had read very good things about it. Even the title itself just sells it to me. We could all do we reconnecting with our inner child and rediscover the fun in life. I’m really looking forward to reading this one but I want to finish a few more books first so I can give my full attention to this one. I can’t really say much more about it but watch this space because I can almost guarantee that I will be doing a review of it.

Bloom, Estée Lalonde:

I got Bloom for Christmas and started reading it almost stright away, but I think because it was too heavy to bring to Berlin with me I forgot about it. What’s great though is that it’s one of those books that you can just pick up and read different sections as you like, or read it all at once like a story. It all about Estée’s life and journey into blogging, and her top tips on fashion, beauty and lifestyle. I really love Estée so I knew I would love the book, and if you haven’t heard of her yet, where have you been? Check out her BLOG and YOUTUBE CHANNEL
